Do we sell or share personal information?

Alltech does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, our use of analytics and advertising technologies, including cookies and pixels (such as Meta Pixel and similar tools), may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under certain state privacy laws.

The categories of personal information that may be sold or shared include (i) identifiers (such as IP address); or (ii) internet or other electronic network activity information. The categories of third parties include (i) analytics providers; or (ii) advertising and marketing providers
